Benefits Assurance – Final Report

The Benefits Assurance research project was the last that Roger undertook (working with his friend and colleague Andrew Davies) for the ISRC.  The focus of the research was to try to learn what factors made successful IS projects so (as opposed to surfacing the causes of failure).  This is Roger’s final report written for that project.  Unfortunately, the contents of the report never made it into the academic literature due to roger’s departure from Cranfield for pastures new.
